Jakub is on the inside of deflated going into the final corner, and Jakub turns into the corner and pushes deflated into the wall. Wether or not Jakub had wing damage or not, in my opinion he shouldnt be racing like that if he knoes he is going to struggle turning in. Because damage to deflated's wing is caused, A CAC is the right penalty here

Pretty self explanatory here. Reddragon starts a lap as Thatguy finishes his. Reddragon is smart and uses Thatguy for slipstrream however thatguy doesnt let Reddragon through until after turn 2 which causes his car to unsettle during turn 1.
