Did not leave enough room heading into the corner as there was a wheel alongside his rear wheel/wing. Was looking backwards in his point of view until a split second before the collision.
Consequently as he didn't leave enough room he gets C.A.C. since he was the leading car and had more of a right to the line he get's a lesser penalty than Willow.
