This was a very tough one to call.
I'm going to put the penalty here because I believe this POV is a lot clearer of what happens.
Generally the rule is that it is on the car behind not to hit the car in front, and therefore to avoid the incident. The thing that tips the penalty for me to give to RedDragan is the fact that SOX does not turn in, in a move to leave space, and RedDragan has a lot of speed carried into the corner, which has caused the contact and thus SOX to lose the position.
