Again, easily avoided by just being aware of what is around you, while definitely not intentional, the cause was fully on Sebastian here, Cod could do nothing to avoid that

Let's dissect this, because there is a lot going on here. 
The tap that SOX receives down the middle of the straight is a racing incident, the closing speed of Sebastian meant he could've easily moved right to the outside, as much as there was a minor movement from SOX to the left to cover a gap that wasn't really there, but neither were affected so racing incident. 
I have had to look over this multiple times to try and even understand what is going on into the chicane. Making it three wide is always going to end badly no matter if said 3 drivers are the cleanest in the world, that is the nature of the corner. I think that by the time they reached the corner, Sebastian should've been backing out, as he was hardly alongside at all, as shown by the white arrow, however the ever so slight movement from SOX over to the right, (drifting back to open up the corner more, a natural movement when there isn't a car there) has also caused this incident. 
Deflated has been collected in this, while it was risky to try and go for it, he cleared Sebastian and almost cleared SOX going into the corner, so we can eliminate Deflated from cause here. 
For these reasons, I will say that Sebastian should definitely have backed out, the incident lying more at his door, however SOX should not have risked drifting back to the racing line.
