Quite clear here, Sox is braking in a straight line and contact is initiated by Lex turning in while Sox is still there.
The second incident will be decided as NFA, Sox had enough control to keep it further to the right when recovering, equally Wouter should not have turned into the apex while quite clearly there is a car there that is not at racing speed, they both just sort of met in the middle

I think that the move on the straight was very small, and there was still space for Killian to drive safely, there wasn't any need to go on the grass there, but Wouter carried way too much speed into the corner to warrant being side by side with another car and almost cost Killian his race, he was lucky he only lost 2 positions
